The ORP involves 37 partners contributing to a total of 19 Work Packages (Management, 4 Joint Activities, 12 Transnational Access and 2 Virtual Access), while the decision-making has 3 governance entities: 

- Board of Directors and Executive Committee

    The Board of Directors of the OPTICON-RadioNet pilot project: this is the consortium's ultimate decision-making body.
    The Executive Committee: this is the body that oversees the implementation of the project and reports to the Board.

- The Executive Management Team (the EMT): it is the body dedicated to day-to-day management of the project.

- The Work Package Leaders : they supervise the tasks’ implementation of the project.
