The meeting had 54 on-site attendees and 16 participants online, exceeding the 70 registrants. The schedule comprised a variety of sessions, with parallel Working Group (WP) sessions organised by WP leaders and open to all, as well as closed events such as Executive/Board meetings and the project review.
The first day focused on the meeting's scope, with an overview of the recent months. In the morning, the Executive Committee meeting took place, followed by parallel sessions for WP3-JA2 and WP17 VLTI Centers in the afternoon.
On the second day, the agenda was devoted to a review of project activities and strategic discussions (session JA1). The ATMO-ACCESS and NFFA pilot projects were presented, accompanied by talks from invited guests (AHEAD, EII, RadioNet). In the morning, the session for WP15 (Telescope Directors Forum) took place alongside the session for WP2.2b and WP18 TDA.
The third day started with the Board meeting, proceeded with the review of project activities, and concluded with the ORP review meeting, attended by the project officer and the EU reviewer.
